Pension Revision Case status on 13-10-2025
The matter was listed as Item 41 today (to be taken up at 3:30) before HMJ Navin Chawla and HMJ Madhu Jain. Since J Jain had a meeting at 4 PM, the Court directed our matter to be taken up on 19.11.2025. The Hon’ble Court also agreed to keep our matter at 2:30 PM on 19th ie immediately after lunch. Advocates are of the view that the matter will be heard finally on the next date. Mr Ghose, Sr Counsel requested the Court to list the matter at 2:30 PM on our behalf and the Hon’ble Court was pleased to accept our request.
