Uttra Khand circle conference was held at Dehradun on 22-11-2025.Necessity of this conference was long awaited to reorganise this circle. Com J S Dahiya AGS , Kailash Gautam C S U P (W) and Rakesh Chandra Circle cashier of U P (W) were present at the occassion.
