Forum Of Civil Pensioners Associations Delhi State held an impressive Dharna at Jantar Mantar New Delhi today 28 February 2026 . Hundreds of Retirees from Delhi NCR attended the Dharna with great enthusiasm. They were addressed by the leaders of FCPA . Our comrades from Meerut ,Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad , Rohtak and adjoining areas were in attendance. Our Dy GS Anupam kaul also addressed the geathering.
