KOTTAYAM IN FLOODS

Kottayam was one of the districts of Kerala, badly affected by the recent floods. The Kottayam town was inundated for days together. No train, no bus, no vehicle. No shops. Incessant rains and water everywhere. Some of our members were also affected.

Our vibrant district branch in Kottayam could not hold its general body meeting on 20th August as usual to celebrate the Formation Day of AIBSNLPWA. The meeting was held today, 11-9-2018. The members who attended today's meeting donated a sum of R,2,27,850 for the Flood Relief work in Kerala. Affected people feel better the pain and know the aftermath of mahapralay. They acted so effectively.

Kudos to our Kottayam comrades.
