Resolution Passed by the Central Working Committee of AIBSNLPWA held virtuallly on 23 rd June 2025 under the Presidentship of Com D. Gopalakrishnan, President
The Central Working Committee of the All India BSNL Pensioners' Welfare Association (AIBSNLPWA), meeting online on
23 rd June 2025, after detailed deliberations on the Validation Act, 2025 and the threat it poses to the constitutional rights and benefits of pensioners, unanimously adopts the following resolution:
1) The unity of Pensioners associations is the need of the hour to face the onslaught on pensioners through "Validation Act 2025". As such, AIBSNLPWA shall join hands with NCCPA to fight against that draconian act.
2) AIBSNLPWA shall be one of the petitioners along with NCCPA in the writ petition to be filed in the Hon supreme court challenging the constitutionality of the act
3) AIBSNLPWA agrees for its share of four lakhs towards legal expenses and 50 percent of it shall be sent within two days
4) AIBSNLPWA agrees to join the protest actions along with NCCPA and it urges NCCPA leaders at various levels to consult and coordinate with our leaders at that level
